Powers of Attorney
A power of attorney allows you to appoint someone you trust to act on your behalf if you are unable to act on your own behalf (for example, if you are overseas or in hospital).
There are three main types of power of attorney:
- A general power of attorney
- An enduring power of attorney (financial)
- An enduring power of attorney for medical treatment
