Notary Public Services
A notary public, or notary, is a public officer, usually a practising solicitor, appointed for life by an English Archbishop, and given statutory powers to administer oaths, witness documents and perform other wide-ranging functions of a national and international nature.
A notary public officer not only takes and administers oaths, but signs and witnesses documents for use within Australia such as:
- Vehicle title transfers
- School transcript certification
- Powers of attorney
- Parental consent forms.
A notary public also performs similar functions in respect of international documents.
Our senior partner, Michael Kyle holds this office and is available to provide notary public services by appointment.
