Anthony Palella
Anthony is the Practice Manager at ABKJ Lawyers and is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, recruitment and retention, and organisational development.
Working closely with the Partners, Anthony strives to achieve organisational goals while fostering positive working relationships and further enhancing the firm’s strong culture.
Anthony guides and supports the entire team at ABKJ Lawyers in all aspects of the firm’s management, including business development, people and culture, finance, operations and information technology.
Anthony has extensive experience in business management, human resources and training, having commenced his career in the legal industry in June 2008. He graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2009, and holds a Bachelor of Business (Management and Human Resources). Having worked in both large and specialist firms across Australia, Anthony has developed a deep understanding of the legal marketplace, trends in legal practice, and expectations of clients.
Anthony is a member of the Australasian Legal Practice Managers Association (ALPMA), the peak Australasian professional membership association for legal practice managers and legal industry leaders. Anthony’s engagement in ALPMA and enthusiasm for innovation and technology positions him well to embrace and implement change which ultimately redefines what it is to be a modern law firm.
In his role as Practice Manager, Anthony is central to ensuring that a consistently high standard of service is delivered by the entire team at ABKJ Lawyers.
