Originally from Far North Queensland, Giulia has since made the Gold Coast her home. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources) from James Cook University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2024.

Giulia brings extensive hands-on experience in property and real estate matters, having grown up immersed in her family’s well-established real estate office in FNQ. From a young age, she was actively involved in property transactions, contract negotiations and client relations. This background has been instrumental in her development as a solicitor by providing invaluable insight into the challenges and opportunities that buyers, sellers, and investors face throughout the property process.

Giulia’s applies her practical and legal skills to residential and commercial property matters, including conveyancing and property development. She is also experienced in commercial and retail leasing and is competent in advising landlords, tenants, and investors on their particular leasing matters.
