Kim Kyle

Kim Kyle is one of the firm’s longest serving employees, starting as an Articled Clerk in 2002.  After completing her 5-year Articled Clerkship, where Kim worked full-time and studied externally part-time, she obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology with Honours and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2006.  After extended maternity leave, Kim returned to the firm in 2015 and was promoted to the position of Associate.

As a result of her training as a 5-year Articled Clerk and subsequent practice, Kim Kyle is experienced in all areas of the law.  As a result of personal tragedy, however, Kim has become particularly interested in succession law.  It has placed her in a unique position of understanding and empathy which has resulted in a level of service that is uniquely personal and appreciated by each client.

Kim is meticulous in nature with a focus on attention to detail.  Combined with her efficiency, Kim is a great asset to the firm as she ensures her clients always receive a high level of service.  A driving force behind the firm, Kim is of great value not only to her clients but to the Partners and staff as well.   

In her personal life, Kim is a mother of two boisterous but incredibly amazing and inspiring sons. She is family oriented and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family.
